High Commission of India organised a cultural event 'HOPE' in Ottawa

1.    To support cultural events which showcase the best of Indian traditional and modern musical and dance forms, High Commission of India in collaboration with 'Jannat Performing Arts Ottawa' presented a colourful cultural programme on the theme 'HOPE' in Ottawa on 12 February, 2016. The event was well attended not only by the Indo-Canadian diaspora but also by the people of other nationalities including Canada. The performers were mainly of Indo-Canadian origin, resident in Ottawa who have taken a formal training here itself.
